The best thing about PHAS3 1-on-1 Training is that they can be customized to meet your exact needs. Our private lessons are for people of all fitness levels, as well as people of all experience levels. The possibilities are unlimited.
These private lessons are usually for people preparing for competition in the ring or cage.
Your strengths are developed and weaknesses eliminated during these intense, adrenalin filled training sessions. High level combinations and the most effective ring science are drilled and applied until your winning strategy is second nature. Nothing is more purifying than true competition training.
If your interest is in Self Defense, or simply specializing in either Kickboxing or ground fighting, we have the competent and capable staff to take you through the finer points of the art.
Glove up and safely spar with one of our professional trainers, master the arm bar with our ground fighting specialist, or even learn to disarm a gun and knife with our one of a kind self defense system. Regardless of your needs, we have you covered.
Fitness & Exercise
Our 1-on-1 fitness lessons will always begin with a warm up designed to get the body warmed up and the blood flowing. Once this is done you may begin a session of efficient strength training using our selection of suspension trainers, weights, or even good old strong man tire flipping.
You may also build your endurance using any of our tried and true conditioning techniques, ranging from moderate to insane. Because your session is custom designed, anything is possible.
